The many bunches of grapes of the Casa delle Viti in Sestri Levante.
Finally I passed by via della Chiusa equipped with a telephoto lens and I managed to take a couple of photos of the beautiful bunches of grapes of the vines that climb up this building in my town.
This is the house in via della Chiusa, probably the most well-known and photographed one that I have already told you about (here).

Grapes are the fruit of the vine (Vitis vinifera) and other species or hybrids of the genus Vitis. The bunch is composed of a stalk (very rarely called a stalk), and numerous grapes (also called grapes, these are berries), small in size and light in color (yellowish-green, yellow, golden yellow) in the case of white grapes, or dark in color (pink, purple or bluish violet) in the case of black grapes.

La Baia del Silenzio di Sestri Levante vista dal sagrato del convento dei frati Cappuccini il 9 maggio 2023.
La splendida baia simbolo della mia cittadina è sicuramente uno dei miei soggetti preferiti.
Quando lo scorso maggio volevo fare delle prove con il mio vecchio obiettivo ef sono stato fino sul sagrato della chiesa del convento dei Cappuccini, uno dei luoghi privilegiati da cui fotografare la Baia.
Anche la piscina dell’Hotel Helvetia ha il suo fascino!

The small via Giuseppe Garibaldi in Sestri

La piccola via poco conosciuta chiamata Giuseppe Garibaldi a Sestri

The little, little-known street called Giuseppe Garibaldi in Sestri Levante.
One of the alleys perhaps less known, or at least less frequented, in my Sestri Levante.
If it weren't for that beautiful fish, painted on the facade of the building in Piazza Matteotti, almost no one would notice it.
Instead, I really enjoy walking along it!

Due passi in centro a Sestri Levante in una mattina di Ottobre.
Questa mattina ho fatto due passi in centro e ho scattato un paio di foto in corso Colombo, via Asilo Maria teresa ed in caruggio.
Sembra ancora di essere in estate, si sta così bene a passeggiare!

La Baia del Silenzio a Sestri Levante in una mattina di maggio.
In primavera ed in autunno la Baia del Silenzio (anche chiamata Portobello) regala un’acqua dai colori meravigliosi, quasi magici.
Ci sono proprio tutte le gradazioni del blu!
Nulla a che vedere con lo stesso luogo fotografato in estate!

Il Nettuno che indica il mare sul terrazzo di una casa a Sestri Levante.
Quando si percorre la via Asilo di Maria Teresa, la breve strada pedonale (anche se moltissimi la percorrono in bicicletta) che collega la passeggiata a mare con il caruggio e Corso Colombo, lo sguardo non può non alzarsi a guardare questa statua posta su un terrazzo.
Il Nettuno che indica il mare.
Qualcuno mi ha detto di guardare sotto la tunica del dio…

The houses that are reflected in the sea in Baia
The beautiful houses in the Bay of Silence, the famous bay of Sestri Levante in the province of Genoa, overlooking the sea.
Their reflections on the water seem to give life to an abstract painting.

La piccola via chiamata della Pergola a San Bartolomeo, Sestri Levante

La piccola via chiamata della Pergola a San Bartolomeo, Sestri Levante.
Solo gli abitanti della mia cittadina, e probabilmente anche solo pochi tra loro, conoscono questa piccola via che collega via Monsignor Vattuone (la strada che passa davanti alla chiesa di San Bartolomeo della Ginestra) alla nuova via della Pace Nel Mondo (ma prima immagino arrivasse fino all’Aurelia).
Attraversa solo dei campi, alcuni erbosi e poco curati, altri ben tenuti e pieni di verdure.

La splendida casa delle viti in via della Chiusa a Sestri Levante

La splendida casa delle viti in via della Chiusa a Sestri Levante.
Una delle case che più amo fotografare si trova in via della Chiusa, una traversa del caruggio sestrese, ed ha la particolarità di alcune piante di vigna che dalla strada si inerpicano fino alla terrazza sul soffitto.

Ce ne sono tre a Sestri:una è questa, la seconda è in Vico del Bottone and the third is in Vico Marina di Ponente.
