A nice plate of pasta, fusilli, with meat sauce.
Another specialty of my house: my mother's meat sauce.
This time it's the sauce for the fusilli... fantastic.
I know that some of my visitors don't appreciate these images that much but I like them a lot and then, if I know I can make some passerby's mouth water, I'm fine with that!!!

Ragù is a condiment made from chopped or minced meat, cooked for many hours over low heat, with varying aromas depending on the local variant, and usually with the addition of tomato. The most popular ragùs in Italy are Bolognese and Neapolitan ragù.

Ciao a tutti…
gentilmente offerto dal web master il mio piccolo spazio nel web continuera qui nel sito di luca quindi miei cari amici che mi avete seguito per tre anni…le nostre quattro chiacchere in rete le faremo qui…
Sicuramente è un po meglio di prima anzi lo e…..vi ricordo che se avete problemi a rilasciare commenti dovete iscrivervi al sito oppure contattatemi per chiarimenti e qualsiasi altra cosa…

Ricomincio da qui dalle nuvole dai pensieri che mi porteranno a riscrivere tante belle cose sulla mia vita da papy dei miei amici e di tutto quello che mi rende felice ogni giorno da condividere con voi…ringrazio i quasi 15000 visitatori del mio blog precedente.
Beh allora diamoci da fare c e un altro contattore da aggiornare di nuovo.

Non avendo a disposizione un grandangolo mi sono dovuto adattare incollando tre foto diverse ma il risultato non sembratroppo male…

The street Venti Settembre in the center of Genoa

Via Venti Settembre in the center of Genoa.
After quickly completing my university homework, I dedicated some of my time to taking some shots in Genoa.
The alleys… I don't like to go and photograph them alone, you never know; so, after giving up (out of laziness) on going to Righi to take a couple of panoramic shots, I headed downtown. I climbed up the Ponte Monumentale and started taking photos along the road that leads (but perhaps is already part of) Castelletto.

The first shot (which I put in black and white to try to make the photo a little more particular) is a Via XX from above. The frenzy of the people who crowd it during working hours is clearly visible!!!

Polpi appesi a Mykonos.
Ho un sacco di immagini che erano pubblicate qui sul blog che però, quando sono migrato a wordpress, sono rimaste in un “cassetto”.
Questa è una di quelle.
Sono dei polpi, fotografati nell’isola greca di Mykonos, stesi ad essicare al sole.
Mi piaceva molto e ve la ripropongo qui.

Una foto bellissima di alcuni fiori rosa.
Fiori rosa… ma non fiori di pesco.
Ora come al solito ci sarà qualcuno che mi prende in giro perchè metto troppe foto di fiori però per uno armato di macchina fotografica un bel bocciolo colorato è sempre un bel soggetto.
E poi non è certo fotografando carri armati e fucili che si dimostra virilità, o no?
Poi… ognuno la può pensare come vuole ed io continuerò a postare, quando ne farò, foto di fiori.

This is one of the dishes that I like the most.
Stewed chicken with olives and a side of rice. It is very easy to make but I always find it ready and I could not describe the recipe very well... if anyone wants, however, I could find out.

La Tanzania, formalmente Repubblica Unita di Tanzania, è uno Stato dell’Africa orientale. Confina a nord con Kenya e Uganda, a ovest con Ruanda, Burundi e Repubblica Democratica del Congo, e a sud con Zambia, Malawi e Mozambico. A est è bagnata dall’oceano Indiano. Dar es Salaam è la città più grande ed è stata la capitale fino agli anni settanta. Il trasferimento delle funzioni amministrative nella nuova capitale è avvenuto designando Dodoma, posta nel centro della Tanzania, tuttavia non è stato ancora completato.

Una ottima pizza fatta in casa da mia mamma.
Forse una foto di questo genere l’ho già messa. Di certo non darà fastidio a nessuno se ne riparlo. Questa è la famosa pizza di mia mamma. E’ veramente buonissima! La cottura avviene in forno elettrico ma, anche se quelle cotte nel forno a legna hanno un gusto differente, si avvicina molto a quella di una pizzeria.
Poi a me, e se qualche mio amico legge magari sorride, piace sempre e solo la stessa pizza: prosciutto e olive. A parte qualche rarissima eccezione in cui prendo prosciutto e wurstel io posso dire di essere un intenditore di prosciutto e olive sulla pizza.
