Arch of Victory. The Arch of Victory of Genoa, also known as the Monument to the Fallen, is located in the central and large Piazza della Vittoria in Genoa. A monument dedicated to the fallen of the First World War, inaugurated on May 31, 1931. Passing in front of it this morning I could not help but photograph it.
