Un piatto di succulento asado anche a casa.
Uno dei piatti di carne più famosi del Sud America, in Argentina in particolare, è l’asado.
Ormai è molto diffuso anche in Italia ed lo si può trovare anche in sagre e negozi.
Carne molto gustosa e cotta a fuoco lento per molto tempo e, da tradizione, condita con salsa chimichurri (se la avete).
Questo bel piattino è stato comprato in un alimentari di Sestri Levante (mi dispiace ma non so dirvi quale).

Iguazu Falls in Argentina

These are the Iguazu Falls.
The photos, taken by Rodrigo some time ago, are of the most famous waterfalls in the world after those of Niagara.

The Iguazu Falls (Portuguese: Cataratas do Iguaçu, Sp. Cataratas del Iguazú, Guaraní Chororo Yguasu) are waterfalls generated by the Iguazu River on the border between the Argentine province of Misiones (80%) and the Brazilian state of Paraná (20%). The system consists of 275 waterfalls, with heights of up to 70 meters, along 2.7 kilometers of the Iguazu River. The Garganta del Diablo (“Devil's Throat”) (Argentine side), a U-shaped gorge 150 meters deep and 700 meters long, is the most impressive, and marks the border between Argentina and Brazil. The majority of the falls are in Argentine territory, but from the Brazilian side (600 meters) you get a more panoramic view of the Garganta del Diablo.
