The most significant architectural aspect of the town is the presence of colored buildings overlooking the beach. The colors and the lighter horizontal lines (called string courses) served the sailors of Camogli to more easily recognize their home among the various floors of the buildings in the village and return there after fishing.

I Bagni Segesta a Sestri Levante.
Tra le spiagge private più note di Sestri Levante come non menzionare i Bagni Segesta e la loro splendida veranda.
Tra l’altro sono anche tra i fautori (credo) delle magliette I❤SL.
Ha anche un sito web ma non c’è praticamente niente di più che il numero di telefono.

I Bagni Sempione a Sestri Levante.
Dalle nostre parti, quando ci si avvia verso la stagione autunnale, i bagni privati iniziano a smantellare le strutture principali per prepararsi all’inverno.
Questi sono i Bagni Sempione (here la recensione su TripAdvisor), tra i più rinomati a Sestri Levante, che, in una mattinata di inizio ottobre scorso, cominciavano a chiudere i battenti… pronti a ripartire la stagione prossima.

Piscina dei Castelli a Sestri Levante

Piscina dei Castelli a Sestri Levante.
Una foto della Piscina dei Castelli scattata dal porto di Sestri Levante.
Uno stabilimento balneare al quale era collegata l’omonima gloriosa discoteca, che in estate utilizzava la spiaggia antistante la piscina vera e propria come pista da ballo, nonché le piattaforme in cemento su cui poggiano le cabine.
Ora la discoteca è chiusa, ma nella speranza che un giorno possa riaprire i battenti possiamo ancora goderci questo splendido panorama!
