The brazier of the Dae Figge do Baratta restaurant in Sestri Levante.
It is not easy to find excellent meat in a seaside town like Sestri Levante. In this restaurant, however, there are the best Florentine steaks in the area cooked in full view on the large brazier in the dining room. Another gem are the testaroli (or testaieu) cooked in real terracotta dishes, to be seasoned with pesto, oil or walnut sauce. I recommend it to all lovers of good meat without spending an arm and a leg.
