The beautiful village of Bogliasco seen from inside the sea water.
My wanderings with the dome and the Gopro continue around the edges of Eastern Liguria.
Unfortunately there are still too many drops of water but in any case among all the photos I took two are still decent enough to publish (I hope).
Here is the beautiful village of the Golfo Paradiso seen from the sea. I promise to return when I have more practice.

It is the first municipality you come across when travelling from Genoa towards the Riviera di Levante, in a small inlet at the mouth of the river of the same name. Among the reliefs of the territory there is Mount Cordona (803 m) along the ancient path to the hamlet of Sessarego and Mount Rotondo (789 m). The beaches alternate with deep and characteristic cliffs. It is possible to practice surfing there. The hinterland is typical of eastern Liguria, partly with strips of olive groves, with the possibility of excursions.

Beautiful Camogli photographed from inside the sea water
A few weeks ago I went for a nice swim on the beach of the village of Camogli (Genoa) and so I did some photography tests from inside the water with my Gopro and the new gadget I bought for taking pictures in the water: the dome!
Of the dozens of photos I took, only two turned out to be half decent and I'm posting them here.
I hope to improve in the next releases!

Typical seaside village, tourist center known for its small port and the colorful buildings on the seafront. It is also historically called the "city of a thousand white sailing ships".

Le case colorate del centro storico di Brugnato in Liguria.
Il bel centro storico del borgo di Brugnato, in provincia della Spezia, tutto ben tenuto è proprio bello da visitare.
Ogni tanto, quando faccio un salto all’outlet, non manco mai di fare un giretto e qualche foto tra i vicoli ed i caruggi del borgo.

Between the 7th and 8th centuries, following the conquest of Liguria by the Lombards, the Columban monks of Bobbio, who followed the rule of Saint Columbanus and continued their work of evangelization, built a monastery that over time grew to become a religious and economic nerve center. The birth of Brugnato is therefore linked to the foundation of the abbey which, like other monastic sites in Liguria and northern Italy, depended on the abbey of San Colombano di Bobbio.

Una piazzetta nel centro di Deiva Marina in Liguria.
A dire la verità questo scorcio del borgo di Deiva è lo slargo della via G. Embriaco (Guglielmo, uno dei più importanti personaggi del Medioevo genovese) nel centro del piccolo comune marinaro
ligure.
Ho passeggiato nella parte a mare del borgo qualche mese addietro ormai in una bella giornata autunnale.

Nel 1099 Guglielmo Embriaco, detto “Caput mallei” insieme al fratello Primo Embriaco, armò due galere, l’Embriaga e la Grifona e, con circa 200 genovesi fra marinai, soldati e balestrieri, salpò alla volta di Giaffa. Accortosi dell’arrivo di una numerosa flotta musulmana, sbarcò nel porto della città, fece smontare letteralmente le navi, travestendosi da mercante in carovana percorre 20 chilometri che lo separano da Gerusalemme. Giunto al campo crociato si fa ricevere da Goffredo di Buglione, comandante delle forze cristiane e, in cambio di un cospicuo bottino, promette di conquistare la città con i suoi 200 genovesi laddove non erano riusciti gli alleati in oltre 10’000 uomini.

Una bella piazzetta di Sesta Godano in provincia della Spezia.
Ero stato da bambino qualche volta a Sesta ma non ricordavo fosse un borgo così carino.
Qualche mese fa ci sono passato per una piccola gita e devo dire che ho trovato un paese molto carino e ben tenuto.
Questa è una bella piazzetta, con fontana, nel carrugio (che se non sbaglio si chiama via Vecchia) del borgo.

La piccola ma molto carina frazione di Villa Rovereto su trova lungo la strada che da Santa Vittoria di Libiola, scavallando il crinale a Villa Tassani, scende a Casarza Ligure.
Un bel borghetto quasi tutto ristrutturato con due carrugi e diversi scorci interessanti.

Commissioned by the Fieschi family for the control and defence of the Varese area, it is made up of identical stone houses arranged along the perimeter which, with an elliptical shape, enclose the two main squares (Piazza Fieschi and Piazza Castello), where the commercial activities, warehouses and laboratories were located in the porticoes below.

Il caruggio curvato del borgo di Brugnato in Liguria.
Molto spesso, percorrendo i piccoli centri dei borghi di Liguria, si incontrano spesso questi vicoli (che noi chiamiamo caruggi) che curvano. Ovviamente hanno questa forma per circondare il centro storico e per proteggerne con, le proprie mura, gli abitanti.
Questo è il bel caruggio di Brugnato, un piccolo borgo in provincia di La Spezia che è diventato più conosciuto per la costruzione dell’Outlet nel suo territorio.

La Torre Rotonda a Deiva Marina

La Torre Rotonda a Deiva Marina.
Da tantissimo tempo mi ero promesso di fare un giro nella cittadina di Deiva Marina, il piccolo borgo in provincia di La Spezia.
Il paese è diviso in due zone quella a mare e quella poco più a monte.
Io, per adesso, ho scattato foto della zona marina ed in particolare in questo articolo ho fotografato i resti della bella torre del 1500, chiamata Rotonda, che era posta a difesa del centro abitato.
