A Vietnamese breakfast with bánh bột lọc tortelli.
This morning I woke up with the desire to eat something good that reminded me of home.
So I remembered that I had some prawn and bacon tortelli in the freezer that I had prepared some time ago (here is the ricetta) and, after heating them up by passing them for a few minutes in a pan, they were a good way to start the day!
