Halloween in Vietnam.
Ormai ogni festa è globale ed in tutto il mondo si festeggiano tutte le ricorrenze pagane e religiose.
Nessuno bada più al fatto che siano feste che non appartengono al costume locale.
Queste, ad esempio, erano proposte in visa della festività in arrivo, nelle vie di Hanoi in Vietnam.
Mi faceva strano il contratto tra le lanterne rosse e colorate (un classico dell’Asia) e le zucche di plastica arancione alle spalle.
Ormai non ci si stupisce più di niente!

Cima alla genovese, often simply called cima (a çimma in Ligurian), is a typical Italian second course of Ligurian cuisine. It consists of a piece of veal belly cut to form a pocket and stuffed with numerous ingredients. Once prepared, it is closed, sewing it by hand to prevent the filling from coming out. It is then boiled in broth with vegetables for a few hours in a linen cloth and left to rest under a weight.

Sta arrivando il Natale e mentre tutti quelli che sono a casa stanno al freddo io, per quanto stia lavorando (e chi mi ha visto all’opera sa che non esagero) sono al caldo del Brasile.
In attesa di riuscire a fare una foto in mare, con il cappellino, e dal momento che non sono sicuro di riuscire ancora a scrivere qualcosa prima del 25 vi faccio tantissimi Auguri di Buone Feste!!!
