Prickly pear flowers on the sea of ​​Sestri Levante.
Some time ago you took lots of photos of flowers and today I wanted to bring some color back to the blog.
Many prickly pear plants grow along the wall beyond the Cappuccini in the Baia del Silenzio of my Sestri Levante and, when I bring my telephoto lens and they are in season, I always like to take a nice photo of these bright pink flowers.

The fig tree in the former convent of the Annunziata.
On the terrace of the former Convent of the Annunziata overlooking the Bay of Silence there is a splendid tree, I think a fig.
Among other things there is a nice bar (the Tapullo) which offers typical Ligurian products and aperitifs in a setting unique in the world.

Fichi d’India.
Dalle nostre parti (in Liguria) ci sono moltissimi fichi d’India che trovano terreno fertile nelle scoscese pendenze che vanno al mare.
Questa pianta, ad esempio, l’ho fotografata lungo il sentiero che da Levanto va a Monterosso.
Bella ricca di frutti rossi e arancioni!

A splendid prickly pear.
One of the plants, not exactly typical, but very widespread in Liguria is the prickly pear.
At the moment it is blooming and it is also a beautiful little flower.
