At festivals you can't go wrong: sausage and chips are always there. They called this salami but it's always the same thing.
The festival was last weekend in Santa Vittoria di Libiola where, it must be said, the main dish is the testaieu with pesto (which unfortunately I didn't photograph).

I had posted several photos from Thailand of “special” food (and wait because I still have some to post) but even in Taiwan we are not complaining!
On Youtube I found this nice video also because I have difficulty finding others since I don't know exactly what the English translation is... In fact, typing chicken legs brings up thousands of videos on chicken legs that are not exactly the same thing...
Fried croquettes or meatballs prepared at my house.
A recycled dish: croquettes (or meatballs) of potatoes, cheese, meat and various cured meats.
Prepared by chopping all the ingredients, breading everything and frying.
I then add a little lemon and voilà!

Carne brasiliana a Salvador.
Non è proprio il tipico modo di mangiare la carne in Brasile, ovviamente il più noto è il churrasco, ma fa sempre piacere un bel piatto così: riso, carne, patatine fritte e insalata (anche se di insalata io non ne mangio).
