Dried fruit at the Boqueria market in Barcelona, ​​Spain.
The beautiful stalls of the most famous covered market in Barcelona are always very beautiful to see and to photograph.
This was one of the several stalls that sell (but the photo is not exactly recent) dried fruit and you can recognize some of them: banana, apricot, strawberry, kiwi and other fruit that I don't recognize.

La Boqueria is the most famous market in Spain and one of the largest in Catalonia with its 2,583 square meters and more than 300 stalls. It is also one of the oldest markets in Spain: born at the beginning of the 17th century at the gates of the city in the plain of Pla de la Boqueria (which today is a small square in front of the current market) to avoid paying taxes on goods, it was inaugurated later, in 1836, where it is still located halfway along the popular Rambla, between the Palau de la Virreina and the Liceu Theater.

Frutta secca cambogiana.
In giro per un mercato a Sihanoukville, in Cambogia, alla scoperta del cibo locale e quello tipico di strada.
In molti paesi asiatici si possono trovare questi frutti secchi per insaporire i cibi.
Qui si possono riconoscere dei fagioli, in primo piano, dei funghi e dei peperoncini. Il resto proprio non saprei dirvi cosa sia.
Non dico il “profumo” (forte) che si sentiva in questo mercato!

Pinoli sgusciati.
I pinoli sono uno degli elementi costitutivi della dieta mediterranea. Qui in Liguria li usiamo in moltissime ricette tra cui, ovviamente, il pesto alla genovese.
I pinoli non sono altro che i semi di alcuni tipi di pino nelle cui pigne vengono custoditi i pinoli (a loro volta racchiusi da una durissima buccia legnosa). Se volete inoltrarvi in informazioni più specifiche c’è Wikipedia, come sempre.

Mi ero sbizzarrito a Barcellona, ancora vi pubblico delle foto che avevo scattato un mesto fa.
Questa è tutta frutta secca (che però non riconosco bene); mela, cocco e poi?? Non so le altre. Mi piacciono i colori e come sono disposte sugli scaffali.
