Arco della Vittoria.
L’Arco della Vittoria di Genova, conosciuto anche come Monumento ai Caduti, è situato nella centrale ed ampia Piazza della Vittoria di Genova.
Un monumento dedicato ai caduti della prima guerra mondiale, inaugurato il 31 maggio del 1931. 
Passandovi di fronte questa mattina non mi sono potuto esimere dal fotografarlo.

Arco della Vittoria

The Arch of Victory, also known as the Monument to the Fallen or the Arch of the Fallen, is an imposing triumphal arch, built during the fascist regime, located in Piazza della Vittoria in Genoa. It is dedicated to the Genoese who fell during the First World War and was inaugurated on May 31, 1931.

Where is Via XX located:

Via Venti Settembre is one of the main roads in the centre of Genoa within the Genoese district of San Vincenzo, just under a kilometre long. It runs in an east-west direction and, together with Corso Italia – the promenade that runs along the seafront – is one of the favourite places for strolls by the Genoese. It crosses the two central districts of Portoria (first section, portico, from Piazza De Ferrari to Ponte Monumentale) and San Vincenzo (from Ponte Monumentale to the outlet on Via Cadorna near Piazza della Vittoria.

Il Belvedere dei Dogi al Porto Antico di Genova.
Un paio d’ore al porto antico di Genova e facendo una camminata lungo i Magazzini del Cotone arrivo in questo bel punto: il Belvedere dei Dogi “molo vecchio”. La vista è stupenda: tutto il porto e sullo sfondo il simbolo di Genova, la Lanterna.

Corallo.
Uno degli animali, perché il corallo è un animale e non una pianta, più spettacolari da fotografare sono sicuramente i coralli. Ovviamente è difficile farlo in acqua uno perché bisogna essere in un luogo ove vivono e poi perché serve l’attrezzatura adatta per riuscire a fare scatti decenti. Per fortuna che a Genova c’è l’Acquario e si riescono a scattare foto splendide!

Lo stadio Luigi Ferraris in notturna.
Lo stadio di Genova, il Luigi Ferraris (chiamato anche Marassi perché nel quartiere genovese di Marassi appunto) è sicuramente uno dei più affascinanti d’Italia. Ovviamente non è moderno ed è poco funzionale e quando si deve andare a vedere una partita bisogna cercare un parcheggio… il più delle volte in zone limitrofe ma, i palazzoni e le salite rendono veramente disagevole la cosa.
Ti ripaga il fatto che, specie se in notturna, hai la possibilità di vederlo…
Questa foto l’ho scattata ieri sera: spettacolare!
