A few months ago I went for a walk on the cycle/pedestrian path that goes from Framura to Levanto.

Where is the Framura marina located:

Situated on the Ligurian coast, the small town of Framura is located within one of the many inlets and coves, typical of the rugged coast of the eastern Ligurian Riviera. Mount Serro (421 m. above sea level) is the highest peak in the Framura area and belongs to the protected area of ​​the Cinque Terre.

Boccadasse (Boca d’azë or Bocadâze in Genoese) is an ancient seaside village in the city of Genoa, which is part of the Albaro district. In the current administrative division of the municipality of Genoa it is therefore included in the Municipio VIII – Medio Levante, which in addition to Albaro also includes the Foce and San Martino districts.

Boccadasse, la perla di Genova sul mare

Boccadasse, the pearl of Genoa on the sea.
A small enchanted village a few steps from the center of Genoa.
From here the villages probably end to leave space for the real city.
It is not the most beautiful photo I took today (I will publish the others slowly) and it is not even the classic image of the small fishing village but I also liked this one a lot.

Have you ever been to see this Basilica?
Even though I live just over a quarter of an hour away by car, I had never been to visit it.
The beautiful church built by one of the most important noble families in my area, the Fieschi.

The Basilica of San Salvatore dei Fieschi – also known simply as the Basilica of the Fieschi – is a Catholic place of worship located in the hamlet of San Salvatore dei Fieschi, in Piazza Innocenzo IV, in the municipality of Cogorno in the metropolitan city of Genoa. The church is the seat of the parish of the same name of the vicariate of Chiavari-Lavagna of the diocese of Chiavari. It has the dignity of a minor basilica.

The Cathedral Square in the beautiful Ferrara

The Cathedral Square in the beautiful Ferrara, the city of the Este family.
Last weekend I went to Ferrara to follow my beloved Sampdoria and what better occasion to take a tour and take photos of the beautiful town.
This is one of the main squares of the city: the square where the Cathedral is located and in this photo you can see its bell tower.

Here's where the square is located:

Still on the south side, there is the Renaissance bell tower made of brick and covered in limestone (white and red from Verona); the columns on the north and south sides are in grey limestone from Noriglio, the plinth of the columns is in Istrian stone, the capitals of the columns are in prun stone and some coats of arms on the south and west sides are in soft stone from Vicenza.

Piazza Sant’Antonio a Sestri Levante.
Uno dei luoghi di maggior traffico veicolare di Sestri Levante: la rotonda di questa piazza è il centro fisico della cittadina.
Negli anni infatti si sono tentate tutte le vie per diminuire la pericolosità di questo incrocio: prima i semafori di ogni tipo ed ora la rotonda.
Mi pare però che quella attuale sia la soluzione migliore.
