La Baia del Silenzio di Sestri Levante in tutta la sua magnificenza. Per cominciare bene il nuovo anno, a proposito: Buon Anno Nuovo a tutti!, ho deciso di postare questa splendida foto della Baia del Silenzio scattata la scorso maggio. Questo è probabilmente il luogo che più amo fotografare ed ora che non sono a casa sogno di essere lì.

The Bay of Silence in Sestri Levante seen from the churchyard of the Capuchin friars' convent on 9 May 2023. The splendid bay that is the symbol of my town is certainly one of my favourite subjects. When last May I wanted to do some tests with my old ef lens, I went all the way to the churchyard of the Capuchin friary, one of the best places to photograph the Bay. Even the swimming pool of the Hotel Helvetia has its charm!

Cancello sulla Baia del Silenzio. A dire la verità il cancello, come si vede facilmente, è un ingresso secondario dell’Hotel Helvetia che domina la baia. Mi piace sempre fotografare questo cancello con quella tendina bianca e gialla con le case sullo sfondo.
