Some typical seafood enjoyed in Spain.
In Spain, as in Italy, many of the most delicious dishes are seafood. In the Buqueria market in Barcelona we saw, and tasted, these unusual fruits that, correct me, I think are called sea dates or are they razor clams?

Razor clams, or also cappelunghe, are bivalve molluscs that live in the sand inside their rectangular shell. They are usually fished in the Adriatic, when they arrive fresh on our tables; or in the Atlantic, but in this case we can buy them frozen.
