La classica torta pasqualina ligure. Pasta sfoglia, verdure e ricotta. Qualche spennellata di tuorlo d’uovo e voillà!!!!

My favorite dish, when I go out to eat in the splendid trattorias of our Ligurian hinterland, is ravioli with meat sauce.
Today, going to the Settembrin restaurant (review on Tripadvisor) I couldn't help but take a photo to review what I believe to be, for the quality/price ratio and for the variety of the menu, the best restaurant in the area!
