Agnolotti in roast sauce and Lambrusco from the Da Me restaurant in Bologna.
Although I believe that the most typical agnolotti are those from Piedmont (tortellini or tortelloni are more typical in Bologna), we enjoyed an excellent dish at the excellent Da Me restaurant in Bologna.
The egg pasta was filled with braised veal and the whole thing was seasoned with roast sauce and Lambrusco.
They were truly delicious.
