Tartaruga sul tetto a Hue

Tartaruga sul tetto a Hue.
Mi piacciono moltissimo queste statue che si trovano sui tetti delle pagode e dei templi asiatici.
Questa tartaruga, che poi forse è un animale mitico e non una semplice testuggine, è proprio li sul tetto e sembra proteggere la costruzione.

The Imperial City of Huế is a fortified complex consisting of a citadel within which is located the actual Imperial City of Huế, the ancient imperial capital of Vietnam. In turn, enclosed within the Imperial City is the Purple Forbidden City.

Vista dall’hotel Four Points a Da Nang.
La incommensurabile vista che si gode dalla piscina sul tetto al 36esimo piano di questo splendido albergo.
Non è il posto in cui dormo io ma siamo andati a bere una cosa e a trovare un amico che ci lavora.
Il bar, con piscina a sbalzo (che però non ho fotografato), e poi questi divanetti con la spiaggia di Da Nang come sfondo.
La prima giornata inizia bene in quest’avventura vietnamita!
Questo è il sito dell’albergo Four Points by Sheraton a Da Nang; anche questo della catena Marriot.
