Sori Beach in Liguria

The beach of Sori in Liguria.
Some time ago now I took these photos in the beautiful village of Sori.
I walked a little along the promenade that passes the swimming pool and the Oratory of Sant'Erasmo to have a view of the beach.

The village of Sori overlooks the sea of the Golfo Paradiso, east of Genoa, in the Riviera di Levante, and the municipal territory extends inland along the valley of the homonymous stream until it reaches the watershed with the upper Fontanabuona valley, reaching the hamlet of Pannesi in the municipality of Lumarzo. The territory is exclusively mountainous, and reaches 894 m with Mount Becco, at the watershed with the Fontanabuona valley.

La bella Sori vista da dentro il mare

La bella Sori vista da dentro il mare.
Ho ancora qualche foto di tutte quelle che ho scattato, l’estate scorsa con la mia Gopro, nelle acque dei borghi della Liguria di Levante.
Queste erano del bel borgo marinaro di Sori visto da dentro l’acqua.
Avevo anche il dome ma ero proprio alle prime armi e mi erano venute decisamente meglio utilizzando solo la macchina.

Uno scorcio del fronte mare del borgo marinaro di Sori, in Liguria.
Facendo due passi nel piccolo borgo di Sori non si può mancare la piccola salita che va all’Oratorio di Sant’Erasmo da cui si può ammirare tutto il fronte mare con le case colorate tanto tipiche della Liguria.

Il sagrato in risseu della chiesa di Santa Margherita di Antioca a Sori.
Non sono stato moltissime volte a Sori, la bella località turistica della Riviera di Levante, ma recentemente vi ho fatto tappa un paio di volte.
Questa è la bella piazzetta di fronte alla chiesa di Santa Margherita la cui pavimntazione è realizzata con la tecnica, tanto in voga in liguria, del sirreu (sassolini del mare bianchi e neri che creano un disegno).
Se non sbaglio il disegno realizzato è lo stemma del comune di Sori.

L’originale tempio religioso sorse all’incirca nel XII secolo, forse in stile romanico, e con una grandezza adeguata alla popolazione. Dal 1143 fu soggetta, così come altri edifici di culto della zona, alla pieve di San Michele Arcangelo di Pieve Ligure. La struttura fu ricostruita tra il 1711 e il 1714 su disegno dell’architetto Giovanni Antonio Ricca (il Giovane), mentre i lavori di innalzamento dell’alto campanile furono iniziati il 15 aprile del 1740.

La spiaggia di Sori un borgo marinaro in Liguria

La spiaggia di Sori, il borgo in provincia di Genova.
Ultimamente, diverse volte a settimana, mi reco a Genova e visto che siamo in estate amo fare tutta la via Aurelia in motorino per godermi la mia Liguria.
Quando posso mi fermo a scattare qualche foto dei vari borghi che si attraversano.
Questa è la bella Sori vista dal grande ponte che la sovrasta.
La spiaggia e la piscina si vedono molto bene.

Il borgo di Sori si affaccia sul mare del Golfo Paradiso, a est di Genova, nella Riviera di Levante, e il territorio comunale si protende nell’entroterra lungo la valle dell’omonimo torrente fino a raggiungere lo spartiacque con l’alta val Fontanabuona raggiungendo la frazione di Pannesi nel comune di Lumarzo.
