An excellent Angus fillet enjoyed on board the ex Costa Firenze.
When I manage to eat at the steakhouse on board one of our ships I always order the fillet because it is the cut of meat that I love the most.

Da qualche anno, sulle navi di Costa Crociere, puoi trovare una ottima steakhouse con una qualità e varietà di carne veramente eccezionale.
Ogni tanto approfitto anche io di questo eccellente ristorante!
Questa era una “enorme” bistecca tomahawk che avevo mangiato sulla (ormai) ex Costa Firenze!

Quando parliamo di bistecca tomahawk, parliamo di un taglio di carne di bovino di grandi dimensioni. Si tratta di una costata di manzo, con il taglio che dalla lombata va verso l’anteriore dell’animale, andando ad includere la carne che si trova dalla quinta alla prima vertebra dorsale.
