Florentine steak and French fries.
A splendid Florentine steak with some French fries “soaked” in the “juice” of the freshly cut meat!
While I’m at it, I’ll also tell you that I ate it at the trattoria “Dae figge du Baratta” in Sestri Levante which I will tell you about in another post in the next few days.

Bistecca alla Fiorentina.
Di ritorno dalla due giorni in toscana, non posso fare altro che postarvi la foto di questa bella e buona bistecca alla Fiorentina di 1,200 Kg preparata nell’ottimo ristorante Divo di Siena (che consiglio a tutti).
Ottima cottura, ottima consistenza ma soprattutto ottimo sapore!!!
Bistecca marchigiana.
Il titolo del post non vuole ricordare la celeberrima squadra di calcio del film comico ma un tipo di vacca da cui di ottengono ottime bistecche.
L’altra sera ci siamo fermati in un ottimi ristorante, Battibecco a Porto Recanati, e ci siamo pappati della ottima carne.
Il menù, per due, comprendeva:
Angus irlandese, angus argentino, marchigiana con osso (nella foto) e marchigiana senza osso.
Qualità molto alta, prezzo giusto!
