Il centro di Sestri Levante visto da lontano

Il centro di Sestri Levante visto da lontano.
Una immagine un poco inedita su questo sito della mia cittadina.
Con il teleobiettivo, dalle alture di Sant’Anna, puntando il centro di Sestrisi vedono solamente i palazzi più alti o quelli posti in alto.
Si vedono molto bene il complesso dei Padri Cappuccini, l’hotel Villa Balbi ed il Nettuno, il campanile della chiesa di San Pietro in Vincoli e alcune case.

Villa Casaggiori un ottimo agriturismo visto da lontano

Villa Casaggiori un ottimo agriturismo visto da lontano.
Passeggiando sul sentiero che porta a Punta Baffe sono riuscito a fotografare, grazie al teleobiettivo, questo bel posto.
C’è stato un periodo, qualche anno fa, che ogni compleanno lo festeggiavamo lì in quel bel agriturismo a pochi chilometri da Trigoso, sulla strada per il Bracco.
Cucina ottima e prezzi adeguati!

The rocks just outside the Bay of Silence.
These in the foreground are the first rocks as you cross the dam of the Bay of Silence.
I took this shot that time I went down to Ciappa du Lu and, with a good telephoto lens, you can take splendid photos of the most famous bay in my town.

Casarza Ligure vista da Villa Ginestra.
A dire la verità mi sembra di avere già fatto un post con una foto praticamente uguale a questa.
Anche i colori non sono un granché lo so.
Nella seconda foto ho anche cercato di ingrandire il ponte, uno dei più recentemente costruito, a monte di Casarza dedicato al dottor Zeffirino Biggi (se non sbaglio).

Boccadasse vista da Levante

Boccadasse vista da Levante.
Questo scatto è come se fosse preso dalle spalle del borgo. Normalmente lo si fotografa arrivando da Ponente, dal centro per intenderci, inquadrando la piccola spiaggetta con le case affacciate sul mare.
Qui invece siamo a Quinto (o forse già a Quarto, non ricordo proprio benissimo) e in una giornata di mare un po’ mosso ho ripreso il famoso e splendido borgo genovese.

The snow-capped Maritime Alps seen from Sestri Levante.
When the weather conditions are right, it is easy, even from our Sestri Levante, to see the Maritime Alps.
A few days ago this is what you could see, obviously with a bit of a telephoto lens, even from the seaside promenade along the Baia delle Favole!

Chiavari e il suo porto visti da Sestri Levante

Chiavari e il suo porto visti da Sestri Levante.
Nelle giornate invernali di bel tempo si riesce quasi sempre ad arrivare con l’occhio elettronico dei teleobiettivi molto distante.
Le immagini, come questa, magari non sono proprio nitidissime ma il risultato è comunque originale.
In questa, realizzata direttamente dalla passeggiata a mare della mia Sestri Levante, si vede in primis la fitta rete di alberi e pennoni delle barche ormeggiate nel porticciolo chiavarese e, alle sue spalle, l’alto ed inconfondibile palazzo conosciuto da tutti come la Colonia Fara.

La Chiesa di Santa Maria di Nazaret

La Chiesa di Santa Maria di Nazaret.
La basilica è una delle chiese più antiche ed importanti di Sestri Levante.
Con il suo bianco inconfondibile si trova proprio nel punto dove l’isola di Sestri è mutata diventando una penisola.

The presence of a small chapel dedicated to Saint Mary of Nazareth was attested as early as 1368, but it was during 1604 that, following the transfer of a plot of land by the local nobleman Bernardo Bolasco, work was undertaken to build a new place of worship.

Sestri vista da San Bernardo

Sestri vista da San Bernardo.
Il centro di Sestri Levante fotografato dalle alture appena dietro la cittadina rivierasca.
Con il teleobiettivo è venuta abbastanza bene anche se l’umidità (l’avevo scattata a fine agosto) non la ha resa molto nitida… Scattavo anche senza cavalletto…
Fa il paio con alcune altre foto che avevo scattato diversi mesi fa!
