Sestri Levante Island and Marconi Tower.
A splendid photo of the Island of Sestri Levante (which in reality has been a Peninsula for decades) and on the top the famous tower from which Guglielmo Marconi carried out his first radio experiments.
The photo was taken from Ciappa du Lù, an enormous and almost flat rock that is just before Punta Manara and which can be reached from the path of della Mandrella.

The amphitheater in the Parco dei Castelli in Sestri Levante

Amphitheater in the Parco dei Castelli.
One of the most fascinating places in Sestri Levante, which was exceptionally opened to the public.
Beautiful excursion in the garden of the Sestri Levante Peninsula up to the Marconi Tower.
All thanks to the Nassa Association (here are their pages FB and IG) in the stage IT.A.CÀ in Sestri Levante.

Marconi Tower seen from the Bay of Silence

Marconi Tower in Sestri Levante seen from the Bay of Silence.
Few people know what Marconi Tower in Sestri Levante is.
It is in fact the tower located at the top of the Sestri Peninsula from which Marconi undertook his first experiments in signal transmission.
Here I photographed it from the road that from the Bay of Silence (Portobello) leads to the Cappuccini.
