The view of the Grecino Bridge in Varese Ligure.
One of the symbols of the Borgo Rotondo (this is the name given to the beautiful Varese Ligure, famous for its circular-shaped historic center) is certainly the old bridge that connects the actual village to the Grecino neighborhood, separated by the Crovana stream that shortly after flows into the Vara.

Here's where the town is located:
Borgo Rotondo in the historic center of Varese. Commissioned by the Fieschi family for the control and defense of the Varese territory, it is made up of identical stone houses arranged along the perimeter which, with an elliptical shape, enclose the two main squares (Piazza Fieschi and Piazza Castello), where the commercial activities, warehouses and laboratories were located in the underlying porticoes.
