Testaieu al pesto gustato dalla trattoria Turin a Sestri Levante.
Ogni tanto, quando sono in centro a Sestri con i miei amici, e l’aperitivo si prolunga fino a tardi ci fermiamo spesso a mangiare qualcosa in centro e spesso scegliamo la trattoria Turin (qui la recensione su TripAdvisor) per mangiare qualcosa al volo.
Uno dei miei piatti preferiti è il testarolo (testaieu in genovese) al pesto con una spolverata di parmigiano grattugiato.
