The Caruggio Dritto, also known as Via Martiri della Liberazione, is the beating heart of the historic center of Chiavari. This pedestrian street is famous for its medieval porticos and the magnificent palaces that line it, representing a real journey through time.
The Caruggio Dritto is one of the oldest and best preserved streets in Liguria. The palaces that overlook this street date back mainly to the period between the 14th and 18th centuries. Via Vittorio Veneto in centro a Chiavari.
Il cantro di Chiavari è attraversato da una via rettilinea (caruggio) che è anche la via del passeggio.
Nella parte a Ponente si chiama via Martiri della Liberazione mentre nella parte a Levante si chiama via Vittorio Veneto (che poi volendo prosegue in Corso Dante).
Con il teleobiettivo si scattano foto che in questo caso ho volutamente reso un poco schiacciata ma era per cercare di coprire tutta la via in uno scatto solo.

A beautiful building in Caruggio Dritto in Chiavari.
The center of Chiavari is probably one of the most beautiful places to walk in Liguria: many nice shops, the arcades (so when it rains you can still walk) and a street long enough to go back and forth a couple of times.
Every now and then I stop to photograph one of the many buildings that, without interruption, form this beautiful street.
There are no more than two columns or more than two identical arches in the whole city!

Due passi in centro a Chiavari ed ovviamente com me la mia macchina fotografica con la quale ho deciso di fare questo scatto (appiattito volutamente) nel quale si vede gran parte del caruggio, la principale via pedonale della città del Tigullio.

The historic center of Chiavari can be considered one of the best preserved and preserved areas of the entire Tigullio district. I palazzi ed i meravigliosi portici del caruggio di Chiavari in Liguria.
Una delle caratteristiche più celebri per cui è famoso il centro storico di Chiavari sono i portici.
Emblema è il caruggio Dritto (via Martiri della Liberazione) un dritta via che attraversa tutto il centro con ai lati, per tutta la lunghezza, una serie di portici.
La caratteristica dei portici è che delle colonne che sostengono gli archi, non se ne trovano due uguali!
