For those who don't know, the word "cacchio", so used, is nothing other than the agricultural term that indicates the inflorescence of the vine from which the bunch of grapes will grow.
In this period, walking through the vegetable gardens in my area, you come across many vine plants (obviously not vineyards) that right in this part of the year are giving birth to cacchi!
