Questo è il famoso (ma ho scoperto che non è poi così conosciuto) volto megalitico di Borzone. Situato a pochi chilometri dalla nota Abbazia di Borzone è una roccia che emerge dalla montagna e ha evidenti segni di lavoro umano per far assumere le sembianze umane al sasso.
Ho cercato di renderlo più riconoscibile possibile ma dovete aguzzare la vista per vederlo bene.

Vista l’assenza di studi sistematici sul reperto, la datazione è comunque oggetto di varie ipotesi. Le prime, lo fanno risalire fra il paleolitico superiore (fra i 20.000 a 12.000 anni fa) e il Neolitico (fra i 10.000 e i 3.500 anni fa), nel solco dei menhir antropomorfi come quelli di Carnac.
