The Piazza del Duomo in Bergamo, formerly platea parva Sancti Vincentii, preserves in a hidden space, enclosed by religious and civil buildings, the most ancient history of the Orobic city. For centuries it was a place of contracts, exchanges and proclamations, an active part in the public life of the city, undergoing many changes over time until its reconstruction.
