Bergamo Cathedral Square.
A few photos, to tell the truth very few, of the famous square in Bergamo Alta which hosts: the Cathedral of Sant’Alessandro, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Colleoni Chapel, the Aula della Curia Vescovile, the Baptistery, the Palazzo del Podestà and the Palazzo della Ragione.

The Piazza del Duomo in Bergamo, formerly platea parva Sancti Vincentii, preserves in a hidden space, enclosed by religious and civil buildings, the most ancient history of the Orobic city. For centuries it was a place of contracts, exchanges and proclamations, an active part in the public life of the city, undergoing many changes over time until its reconstruction.
