Bergen is a coastal city in Vestland county, Vestlandet, Norway. It is an international centre for aquaculture, shipping and offshore oil extraction, while at a national level it is established in sectors such as higher education, tourism and finance. Among the most beloved traditions are that of the buekorps, young men dressed in traditional clothes, and the native dialect, Bergensk.
